Zarafina

You might be asking what is a Zarafina?
Well, it is the best tea maker on the market!
I have enjoyed this tea maker for
a year, using it 3-4 times a day...
til one day last week. She died..
We had a funnel for her...
She was moved from her loyal place on the kitchen counter and
left a big hole in the space and my heart.

Well, straight away I went looking for the Paper work!
Found it!
But, can you believe that the 1 year warranty was one day away?
I thought, gees just my luck!
However, as I have always been Lucky,
I decided to try. I drafted an e:mail to the company
4 days later ....
a reply..
A reply that was just amazing to say the lest.
A nice gal informed me that a brand new
Tea Maker was on its way to me...no charge!
How about that?
Is that an amazing tale?
A big big Thank You !
Thank You!
Now, speaking of tea's and tea makers and drinks! The Mojito has found me! It is a summer
drink made with fresh mints (from my gardens) sugar lime juice light rum and club soda!
Oh boy was it a winner! Great that the mints have overtaken many spots along my garden paths! Not that I would be using it everyday.lol! Another of my favorite ice teas would be ;
Menthe Poivrie tee. or Just peppermint tea. Note the mint that is Pepermint and not the garden variety of Spirement. I also, had a gal who visited and she waned to know if I ever served "Southern Ice Tea...or Sweet Tea. At first I just thought...What? Then I realized she was
asking me about the "Southern Sweet Teas....you use 2-3 cups of sugar and stand back and watch your heart and arties run slow!!!...Sure is tasty though!.
So, what else has the Bumblebee Lane Studio been up too? Still working on the journals, Flower Cards ....10 months to go. Finishing up my studio (brand new wall to wall cases) and staying in
as the temps the last several days have been......drum roll .....105! Yep, One hundred and five,
But as the locals say ...But, its a dry heat!!!! Yah right!
Cool inside , I will close this as always.
May You walk in the Moonlight till the wind sets you free.

He finally retired to Arizona and we have stayed in one place for more then 2 years.

He is my friend and companion,

Dancing in the Rain ...

Today I received an e:mail from a friend and it impressed me, moved me and made me stop and pause. I would like to share some of the e:mail with you.

It read..

Love Generously

Speak Kindly Life isn't about waiting for the storm to pass...

It's about learning to dance in the rain.

As always,

Summer in Arizona ..

Aah Summer, the time to kick back and grill...it is not a time to tear up your studio for walls and walls of ceiling to floor book cases...For more then 3 years I have been wining to get some more space in Bumblebee Lanes Studio! All of a sudden....Mike decides to start, he got all the materials and out came all of the saws...drills and well, it has been a week now and I can say....THIS IS GREAT! One thing...have you every taken every spool of thread down and all the junk hidden in the bottom of bags and boxes...It will take me at least a year to get this room in to order. And the dust and bunny balls left behind! But, the new wall to wall threads sure look tidy! Not that they will stay that way when I do fire up my embroidery machine, I managed to find the digital camera ....took some fotoes of the studio....Now I only need to find the cable to hook up to the computer....stay tuned. The one really really nice thing about this re make is that I can view the complete window...I can watch the birds drink from the fountain....little bunny hop across the side yard, Mr. and Mrs. Quill have a second little batch of tiny tiny little quills....and Orange ball the neighborhood cat who takes a short cut through the side yard on his way home.....Road runner who also loves to sleep in the tree on the side.

So, all in all the summer in Arizona is just the cats fur.....Really great. I miss the sounds of summer as we turned the a/c on at it in running into the hundred degree and looks to be a typical Arizona summer....

As always, Silvery Moonbeams to watch over you ,
